Foothills Kite Club is a Denver, Colorado area group of kite flyers, makers, buggiers, and enthusiasts. We support local, regional and national kite festivals. Check the events page for more information on festivals you may be interested in. We meet on the second Sunday of every month for an informal kite fly. We are currently flying at Sandstone Park in Longmont. Park is west of I-25, on the south side of Hwy 119, just west of the car dealership. Flying times pretty much depend on the winds, come as early and stay as late as you like. It's a great way to get to know fellow kite flyers and have a chance to try out kites. Good Winds!!
